Evergreen Real Estate Group is looking for an exceptional HR Coordinator to join our team! This person will have excellent administrative and customer service skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, our HR Coordinator should display strong interest in helping others, solid recruiting experience and a desire to learn and grow.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities: Utilizes a proactive approach to recruiting qualified talent for Evergreen Real Estate Group. Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants. Works closely with Hiring Managers providing support in phone screening, interview scheduling and any other activities that enhance the candidate experience. Conducts resume searches, cold calling, networking activities, and creative ways to tap available qualified candidates. Coordinates hiring process, including but not limited to job postings, conducting background, issuing contingent job offer letters and other internal communication. Coordinates programs to attract qualified candidates through the design and place of position announcements, advertising and/ or participation in job fairs. Builds and maintain partnerships with local communities and agencies to improve recruitment efforts. Plans and conducts new employee onboarding orientations new employees (Corporate and Remote). Conducts 90 day check in and exit interviews with employees, communicates findings to management. Assists with Company-wide training and performs other related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager. Create and publish monthly company newsletter to all employees. Creates and maintains employee files including new hire and termination files. Manages HR mail and monthly billing distribution. Functions as a back up to Human Resources Business Partner on all administrative HR functions (Payroll & Benefits) as needed and identified. Assists with Company-wide training and performs other related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential) 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential) Effective HR administration and people management skills Full understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools Fantastic organizational and time management skills Strong decision-making and problem solving skills Meticulous attention to detail Competencies

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
