Andy serves as the Director of Construction for Evergreen Real Estate Group, lending his expertise to the Acquisitions and Preservation team. He oversees the property design and construction process from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines within and outside the company. Andy’s focus is on optimizing project success in terms of design, completion, and financial performance.
Andy joined Evergreen in 2023 and brings a 20-year background encompassing design, construction, project management, and real estate development. Throughout his career, Andy has taken the lead on various projects, including aviation, commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and mixed-use. Prior to Evergreen, he held significant roles at Dayton Street Partners, Sterling Bay, JLL, Arup, and Halvorson and Partners.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s in design construction integration from Stanford University. He is a licensed (inactive) Structural Engineer in Illinois and is LEED AP certified. Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
