Jack Morris

As Project Manager for our Acquisitions and Preservation team, Jack leads the coordination process for the rehab of affordable multifamily properties from contract signing through the end of construction and stabilization. In addition to structuring and strategizing the successful execution of active deals, Jack also assists with the underwriting of prospective acquisitions. Furthermore, he is responsible for drafting and presenting materials crucial for negotiating development agreements or purchases related to those properties.

Beginning his time with Evergreen in the Fall of 2021 as an Acquisitions and Development Analyst, Jack evaluated prospective deals providing recommendations to partners before progressing to an Associate position that incorporated those financial modeling skills and deepened expertise into a project management role. As an associate Jack served as a coordinator for the successful LIHTC closing of 2 properties while helping guide 2 more properties to a signed PSA and successful Tax Credit Reservation, respectively. Before joining Evergreen Jack worked as an Investment Sales Director for a multifamily brokerage firm in Chicago specializing in local mid-market apartment buildings.

Jack graduated from Northwestern University in 2017, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Business Institutions. While at Northwestern, Jack was a member of the Men’s varsity swimming and diving team.
