As Vice President of Human Resources, Carleena Allen leads the HR strategy for 500+ team members. Collaborating closely with the executive team, she designs and implements policies and programs that foster a high performance, employee-centric culture. She is committed to creating an inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and equipped for success. With nearly 30 years of distinguished experience in HR leadership, Carleena specializes in talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations. Prior to her current role, she held key leadership positions and provided strategic consulting services to prominent organizations across various industries. Notably, she has led transformative initiatives, including comprehensive talent development programs, competitive compensation strategies, and culture-change efforts, significantly enhancing communication, accountability, and productivity for her clients. Known for her strategic vision and practical approach, Carleena has a proven track record of implementing effective HR programs that drive organizational performance and elevate employee engagement. Carleena earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University at Buffalo. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Executives.
