She oversees the portfolio performance of affordable housing communities, ensuring properties run efficiently while supporting residents’ well-being. With nearly two decades of affordable housing experience, Sylvia deeply understands mixed-income communities and affordable housing models, including CHA, PBV, LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and SRN programs. Her leadership is marked by consistency, care, and an unwavering focus on results. Since joining Evergreen in 2016, she has played a vital role in advancing the company’s mission and strengthening the communities it serves. Sylvia holds an Illinois leasing license and has earned multiple affordable housing certifications through the National Center for Housing Management, reinforcing her expertise in the field.
