This honor reflects significant improvements in the Online Reputation Assessment (ORA®) scores for these properties between January and July 2024.
The ORA® score is like a report card for apartment communities, reflecting resident feedback, online reviews, and ratings. J Turner Research, widely considered the leading authority for multifamily research, introduced the Rising 1000 in 2023 to highlight multifamily properties that have shown the most improvement in their online reputation. To make this year’s list, properties had to increase their ORA score by at least 13 points during the first half of 2024.
