Chicago Tribune features Evergreen's Bellwood Senior Apartments.

One of our latest developments, Bellwood Senior Apartments, recently was featured in the Chicago Tribune’s Primetime section in a story highlighting some of Chicago’s newest senior living communities. As noted in the article, Bellwood Senior Apartments is an affordable senior housing community that broke ground last summer in west suburban Bellwood. Once completed in mid-2023, the four-story community will offer 80 independent living apartments for area seniors.
