Evergreen Real Estate Group’s 48-unit, affordable property Schiller Place Apartments, located in Near North Side Chicago expects to finish construction in early 2022. Schiller Place Apartments was designed by Bailey Edward Architecture and now developed by Evergreen Real Estate Group and Structured Development. GMA Construction is serving as general contractor on this $25 million project.
The complex will feature three identical four-story buildings, each holding 16 residential units. The units will be a mix of eight one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom homes in each building. Building amenities include on-site professional management, in-unit washer and dryer, secure entry and surface parking availability. The property will also be located in a premiere lifestyle and entertainment district with convenient access to CTA North & Clybourn Red Line Station and #8 Halsted Bus Stop.
Currently, the property is at 40% completion. Exterior finishes will include brick, cast stone trim, fiber cement board and solid vinyl windows. All buildings will have a buzzer entrance and elevator.
Applications will soon be available through Chicago Housing Authority.
