David Gingras is the Director of Facilities Management at Evergreen Real Estate Group, joining in early 2024. With a rich background, including roles at Greystar, UDR, Advenir Living, Balfour Beaty Group, and as a founding member of Birchstone Residential, David brings extensive expertise to his current position.
At Evergreen, David spearheads the development and oversight of best practices in Facilities Management and Construction Services. His responsibilities span various areas such as due diligence, property evaluation, bulk purchase negotiations, capital improvement project assistance, asset preservation planning, and maintenance operations optimization for scalability and efficiency.
With over thirty years in multifamily housing maintenance, David’s focus encompasses diverse housing types, including market rate, affordable, non-profit, and military housing. He is deeply committed to supporting on-site property teams through training and assistance.
David holds certifications as a Section 608 proctor and a Certified Pool Inspector, along with an associate degree in computer sciences from Brown Mackie College.
