Harold joined Evergreen in 2018, bringing over fifteen years of affordable housing experience, including Section 8, Section 202/811, HOME, CDBG, LIHTC, RAD, and RAP. Harold has extensive on-site management operational expertise, is well versed in REAC inspections and preparedness, and has previously written funding grants for the Service Coordination program. Harold is a skilled presenter and trainer and has assisted in creating and implementing numerous educational sessions for on-site property management staff. Before joining Evergreen, Harold worked with Embrace Living communities for nearly a decade, serving in various roles, from Property Manager to Senior Director of Mission Services. Harold developed employee enrichment opportunities, professional educational offerings, and training initiatives in these roles, working closely with executive leadership and outside agency partners. Harold holds an MBA from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida. Harold is a Licensed Leasing Agent in the State of Illinois and holds several industry designations, including his COS, TCS, and BOS through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM.)
