Jared joined Evergreen Real Estate Group in March 2019 as a Project Manager. Jared is responsible for the execution of real estate acquisitions and development projects, managing all aspects of the development cycle. At Evergreen, Jared has experience closing on the purchase of multiple affordable multi-family and assisted living properties across several states with 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. In addition, he has managed the post-closing process from ground-up construction to closeout for multiple LIHTC projects. Jared has experience prospecting and underwriting, leading acquisition due diligence, and managing the closing process for numerous real estate deals. Before joining Evergreen, Jared worked as the real estate Portfolio Manager for The FSB Companies, a diversified private investment group. Working on transactions in both the residential and commercial sectors at The FSB Companies, Jared is well-rounded in real estate acquisition and development projects. In addition to his experience at The FSB Companies, Jared spent three years at Hitachi Consulting as a deployment manager for an infrastructure expansion project at a fortune 500 communications company. Jared graduated from Butler University in May 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. During Jared’s time at Butler University, he was the captain of the men’s soccer team and served as the student representative for the Butler University Board of Trustees.
