Javonni joined Evergreen in 2020 as a Project Manager in Evergreen’s Development division. Before joining Evergreen, Javonni worked as Director of Leasing for a national office REIT where he was responsible for all transactions within a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of commercial office space throughout the country. Prior to that, Javonni worked as a Senior Associate for a developer, Fleischer Smyth Brokaw, in Denver, Colorado, and was responsible for acquisitions and leasing. Additionally, Javonni worked for a family office, Phoenix Investors, as a Development Associate, where he worked on acquisitions, redevelopment, asset management, and leasing of over 3 million square feet of commercial space. Javonni has also worked in residential development for family offices specializing in market-rate apartments and homebuilding. Javonni lives in Denver, Colorado, and is involved with various community groups focused on community revitalization and development, including Board memberships supporting Impact Development Fund, Grovewood Community Development, The Fax Partnership, and Denver Park Trust. Javonni attended the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where he studied Political Science and Philosophy. Javonni is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
