Naomi joined Evergreen in 1999, before its official inception. She has gained expertise in affordable housing during her career, making her adept with Section 8, 236, 202/811, LIHTC, and HOME. As Regional Supervisor, Naomi supervises 17 associates and oversees 250 affordable units in 4 apartment communities. As Evergreen’s OneSite Coordinator, Naomi spearheads property technology, including licensing, technology conversions, and onboarding new assets and associates to Evergreen’s OneSite software platform. Naomi has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a Licensed Broker in the State of Illinois. She also holds BOS, COS, COSA, and TCS industry designations through the National Center for Housing Management.
