Rob excels at driving operational excellence, ensuring both file and physical compliance across multiple housing programs—including LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, 811 PRA, HOME, and Rural Development—and leading high-performing teams through complex lease-ups and re-stabilizations.
Throughout his career, Rob has built a reputation for strategic leadership, meticulous budgeting and forecasting, and exceptional client and tenant relations. His expertise spans due diligence, contract and asset management, and organizational development. Prior to Evergreen, he most recently held key leadership roles at TM Associates, AION Management, and KMG Prestige, where he spearheaded initiatives that improved property performance, ensured regulatory compliance, and maximized financial outcomes.
A Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Housing Compliance Manager of Rural Development (HCM-R), Rob combines technical proficiency with a people-first leadership style.
