Evergreen Real Estate Group’s Independence Library and Apartments Wins Chicago Neighborhood Development Award

Chicago-based Evergreen Real Estate Group and John Ronan Architects LLC’s six-story, mixed-used Independence Library Apartments wins Chicago Neighborhood Development Award. Both companies also placed first in The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design during the 26th annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards (CNDA). The awards highlight outstanding achievement in neighborhood real estate development and community building.
