Giving Back to Our Communities:

“EvergreenCares” is an exciting program through which we give back to our communities and promote employee philanthropy. We “walk the talk” by granting our team members 2 “Give Back” days per year, where they are released from their normal duties and paid to volunteer for causes near and dear to their hearts!

As an organization, EvergreenCares supports Ravinia Music Festival’s REACH-TEACH-PLAY program which provides music education and performance opportunities to children in under-served areas of the Chicagoland region. EvergreenCares is also proud to support Habitat for Humanity, and was recently nominated as Build Sponsor of the year, and recognized as ReStore Sponsor of the Year in St. Joseph County, Indiana.

Our “High Five” program is the Evergreen way of honoring those employees who demonstrate exceptional character through teamwork, attitude, integrity, achievement, and work ethic. We love to celebrate our people!

Recognizing Our Employees:
