A collaboration between Evergreen and Legacy Midwest Renewal Corporation, this project transformed the historic Blommer Ice Cream Factory and added new construction to deliver 64 affordable and market-rate apartments. Located in the revitalizing Lindsay Heights neighborhood, Legacy Lofts also includes commercial space and was shaped by extensive community engagement. Evergreen led financing and now manages the property.
