Located in burgeoning Charlotte, North Carolina, Fairmarket Plaza consists of 121 units in 31 cottage-style apartment buildings on a nearly 8-acre parcel.  Through a tax credit syndication, Evergreen the significant rehab of the senior apartment complex.  The rehabilitation scope included new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new appliances, updated bathrooms, new unit flooring, new roofs and windows, and accessibility upgrades to units, common areas and the site.  The refresh has helped solidify the strong sense of community at Fairmarket Plaza.  With improved landscaping, renovated apartments, and updated common space, residents have enjoyed a comfortable living environment with a plethora of on-site activities.
