Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for residence, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age and over, and the household income must be at or below 60% of the area median income. Residents pay 30% of the household’s gross income for rent.

The Management Office will be happy to give you a tour of the community and all the application information needed to make a smooth transition into your new lifestyle. Evergreen Real Estate Services, LLC serves as the Managing Agent and sponsoring broker for The Park Tower.
