Overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 130+ properties comprising nearly 15,0000+ units, our property management professionals have experience operating both conventional market-rate and affordable rental communities.

Our portfolio includes high-rise and mid-rise properties, as well as townhomes. In addition, Evergreen has experience operating independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities for seniors. Our communities are located across 12 states + D.C. and include a mix of urban and suburban properties and communities located in more rural areas.
