Financing & Compliance for Affordable Housing

The Evergreen team has a proven track record of working with state and federal agencies to ensure all properties meet the reporting requirements necessary to secure the maximum tax credits. Our familiarity with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and other available incentives allows us to secure funds needed to acquire and renovate affordable communities and ensure their long-term viability through responsible management. In addition, Evergreen works with owners to ensure compliance with various rules and reporting requirements under the LIHTC program.
